i live in washington dc with my family and our literally toothless gray cat bobby newport. bobby newport is on one of the other pages. this is me eating a fruit cup next to a shack on a beach.

born in china, i grew up around boston and am a big fan of the celtics and market basket.

my undergraduate degree (in biology and theology) and master’s degree (in theological bioethics) are from boston college where the only coursework i took resembling lit or writing was a freshman seminar in CNF. so, on this front, i am very soft. but luckily that just means i’m just happy to be here. nevertheless, i’m working on a collection of short stories and planning a novel.
